Robert Budi Hartono (Hokkien Language: Oei Hwie Tjhong, born in Ghost in 1941) is the owner of one of the largest cigarette company in Indonesia, Djarum. Robert was the second son of Oei Wie Gwan, founder of Djarum.
He is the 10th richest person in Southeast Asia and the 321 in the world in 2005 according to Forbes magazine, with a fortune of 2.3 billion U.S. dollars. Earlier, in 2004, he was in the 8th position with a fortune of 2.2 billion U.S. dollars. His eldest brother Michael Bambang Hartono Oei Hwie aka Spot.
On 23 November 2011, Forbes released a list of the richest people in Indonesia, Robert Budi Hartono and Michael Hartono ranked first with a total wealth of $ 14 billion.

Besides Djarum, Robert and Michael is the largest shareholder in Bank Central Asia (BCA). They both via Farindo Holding Ltd.. BCA 51 percent stake.
